Sugar Lush on Family

I have been strung-out for about 3 weeks. I feel like shit, I'm cranky and leaving the house at strange hours to feed my habit, I hide the signs from my roommate, using in the car, hiding the wrappers in the parking garage trash bin, I have become powerless over sugar. I'm living on a diet heavy with sour Starburst, fruit salad and toaster waffles. So this is step one, admitting I have a problem.

The Plan-First I will combat my addiction with physical fitness.
Second-I will start cooking 3 healthy meals a week.

I am formulating Plan B if I am to weak to overcome my afflictions on my own. Wish me luck, I've got 2 alarms set and a mission for a 7am yoga class.

On a side note, my sisters are way cooler than your's, the little one and I are going skydiving for her 21st Birthday at 1pm. The big one is trying to escape 2 crazed boyfriends in Bolivia. Pray for my parents, they don't deserve this.

As you can see my weight loss program is working well. Just 2 more pounds to go. I bought some panties at Victoria Secret in a M, to big. I've never worn a S panty before. Very exciting. The same thing happened when I was looking for something to wear to the Erotic Film Festival, I kept on trying on clothes and nothing was looking good until the sales woman took the Larges away and brought me Mediums and Smalls. TheDailyPlate.com kicked my diet into shape.

Today I get to go be responsible, I am meeting with a financial advisor to talk about my goals. It's crazy, I have health insurance, I'm planning my financial future and soon I will be sleeping on something other than a futon. I'm not sure when I started growing up but I'm not sure if I like it. I kinda miss the benders and fast food all the time. I have to go find a responsible looking outfit and take my vitamins.

Things have been nuts the past few days, I finally got to sleep in my own bed last night, which reminded me how badly i need a new mattress and frame. , I shot a lot of stuff for my site on Saturday most of weird and creepy. I hope other people think it is hot because I sure do. I went and I saw my first operatic performance, it was Verdi's Requiem written for  Puccini. Very cool,  I think I will be getting much more opera in my life. I just booked a trip to Seattle at the end of October and I am super excited to go see my friends and family. I love Seattle, if only I could make lots of money there.......And I have decided to escape for the Christmas Holidays and the AVN. SO if you were hoping to see me at AVN you can forget about it, I will be somewhere gorgeous with lots of hookers to wait on my hand and foot.

Oh AND I decided to track my eating habits, Weight Watchers has you pay for their tools but I found a site called TheDailyPlate.com you can enter in your goals and it will track how many more calories you can eat, it accounts for the exercise you have done and everything. After breakfast today I can have 1,139 more calories if I want to stay on my lose 2lbs. a week plan. But that number will increase after I go work out. Which I am going to do right......... now

So I apologize for not writing for a few days. Last Tuesday I got the worst migraine of my life and the pain incapacitated me on Tuesday and made me feel like shit till about Friday. I then spent the weekend taking care of a girlfriend who has a gnarly leg infection. Yay! Fun!

What has been exciting is my shrinking roommate/business partner. It's like that movie Thinner, he has been doing the master cleanse for the past 9 days and has lost 17.5 pounds in that time frame. Bananas right? I was supposed to do the cleanse too but the herbs are what most likely caused the migraine. I think I'm going to go the colonic route instead. I love having strangers play with my ass.

I officially hate my new hair, I got the haircut I gave myself evened out and the bitch took another 3 inches off and it looks preppy. I'm indignant about what has happened to my head, it is short, preppy and lame. I have started chugging vitamins in a futile attempted to make it grow. If you want me to hate you, just tell me how much you liked my hair longer.

I shot for FTVGirls.com on Monday.. I have always really liked that site and I never thought I would be pretty enough to be considered. It made me feel confident and awesome until the owner pointed out that my short hair made me less hot and that i was a little thick around the middle. As soon as I got home I got a phone call telling me all the video is corrupted. Maybe it's Karma for calling me fat. Another day, another paycheck and a chance to do it better. How often does that happen?

Oh I also put on weight. Which is awesome , everyone likes being fat with a short haircut. I think I'm going to spend the day buying flannel and adopting cats.

I should have posted this yesterday, oh well. So I lost a pound from last week. I don't know how, over the weekend my weight ballooned up to 142Lbs, I must have been retaining water or something. I am now on the Master Cleanse for how long I can take not eating and then I will be looking into a nutritionist. There is a rumor that American Gladiators is coming back and I may have to audition, or at least train like I am going to audition. Malachi, my business partner said he would be happy to take me to a park and throw balls at me.

While I was all fat and bloated over the weekend I shot with the incomparable Nathan Strauss and he took the shot of me being all in distress. The video that we shot is really scary, I used those 8 years of theater training I thought were going to waste. It was fun and I learned to pop the inside of a trunk with tied up toes. It was a set we had talked about doing for ages and it was great to finally make it happen.

3lbs lost, and it wasn't that hard, I even gorged at Koi last night, mochi = yum. Just did a VLOG about my first g/g. Will try to get that up later. Wish me luck!

Home Safe

I came home early, and it was the best decision I made. The duty free forgot to charge for my scotch which I am taking as a good omen. Today I get my ass into gear and start back at the work. I have a bunch of emails to get to and some errands to run. I also start my fitness program in earnest. My goal is to be tight and toned for my G/G on Monday. France was making me fat. Before I get to do my G/G though, it's up to San Fransisco to shoot a pilot for a sex advice show. I love working in SF, the A Positive people always make me very welcome and it never feels like work.

This is where I am at 140.5 lbs. I'll be doing one of these every week.
